Gabrielle Baraby  M.A.

Welcome. I'm Gabrielle, a clinical mental health counselor who specializes in supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, abuse related trauma, and life transitions.  I work with adolescents, adults, parents of young children, and individuals who are seeking more connection and purpose in the world.  I work with clients both long-term and short-term to help them reach their goals for improving mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and integrative.  I honor the connection between the mind/body, and I believe that each person has the innate potential to grow and thrive.  My practice values building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect. I often use interventions stemming from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Experiential Therapy.  While I believe that we sometimes need to explore the past to more deeply understand where we are today, my primary focus is to support people in finding more enjoyment and fulfillment in the present, while working towards what they want for their future 

In person sessions offered out of the office located in downtown Morrisville, VT.

Telehealth sessions and outdoor sessions offered when appropriate.
