Gabrielle Baraby  M.A.

Welcome. I'm Gabrielle, the owner of Healing Allies Wellness LLC.  I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes is treating Anxiety, Depression, and Abuse Related Trauma. We all need the support of others sometimes as we navigate life’s challenges, and you don't have to figure it all out on your own.  I work with adolescents, parents of young children, older adults, individuals who have experienced abuse, and those seeking a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. I work with clients both long-term and short-term to help them reach their goals for improving mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and integrative.  I honor the connection between the mind/body, and I believe that each person has the innate potential to grow and thrive.  My practice values building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect. I often use interventions stemming from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Experiential Therapy.  While I believe that we sometimes need to explore the past to more deeply understand where we are today, my primary focus is to support people in finding more enjoyment and fulfillment in the present, while working towards what they want for their future

My office is located in downtown Morrisville. I also offer telehealth sessions and outdoor sessions when appropriate.
